The downstairs has two good-size bedrooms both facing the beach with their own private decks.  One bedroom consists of two twin size beds, which can be combined to form another king, size bed and this room also consists of a Queen size bed.  This room can easily accommodate 4 adults or 6 children and has its own private deck on the beach.

The second downstairs bedroom will have two daybeds and one trundle bed tasefully decorated in a very bright Nautical theme sleeping three adults or children.  This room turns into a second family room during the day with a 25" Color TV with 65 cable channels, a Nintendo system with 21 games, an Atari system with 32 games and a VCR. This bedroom has its own private deck right on the beach. The downstairs closet also has a rollaway bed for extra guests.
