Booking and Payment Schedule

1. BOOKING
   A. Submit the dates requested to Sandi Trudeau by either telephone or e-mail
         (please keep in mind that rental period is Saturday 1pm to Saturday 9am)
   B. Availability for the period requested will be confirmed by Sandi Trudeau
   C. You must confirm to Sandi Trudeau that you will book the period

2. PAYMENT SCHEDULE
   A. Immediately upon your confirmation you must mail a $500 / $1000 deposit check
         (which  will also serve as a security deposit to Sandi Trudeau.)
3. Check-in time is 1 p.m.(or after) Check-out time is 9 a.m. (Non-Smoking home )
         This is strictly enforced so that our cleaning crew will have time to service the home.

Please note: None of our properties are considered "reserved" for you
until the deposit is received by us.

Upon receiving the $500/ $1000 security deposit, Sandi will mail out the contract for your signature.  The signed contract must be received by Sandi Trudeau in ten business days to hold the rental property.

Cancellation Terms
4 + Weeks - 100% return of deposit & rental
3-4 Weeks - 50% of deposit & rental retained
2 Weeks - 75% of deposit & rental retained
1 Week - 100% of deposit & rental retained
$ 500 / $1000 security deposit
(returned 3 business days after your stay)
