Presidential Beach House

This wonderful executive beachfront home is located directly on the beach with 2,200 square feet of air conditioned living space and another 1,000 square feet of outside decks on the ocean. This is a two-story home with three large bedrooms, full kitchen, large family and dining room- All with breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean. The entire downstairs is two large bedroom suites with a private bath and patio doors leading to a private access to the beach and ocean. The upstairs has a very large beautiful master bedroom with private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Being centrally located you can either walk down the beach to some of the best restaurants on the Pier in Cocoa Beach or walk directly to the Port in Cape Canaveral. If you're lucky and visit during one of the Space Center's launches, you can just sit on your deck for one of the best views available today ! Or simply visit our ACTIVITIES TAB to see many of the wonderful things for you and your family.

Of course, the home is complete with all dishes, pots and pans, coffee pot, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, oven, blankets, towels, large beach towels, etc. The only thing that is not provided is food and paper products, toiletries, which can be bought at any of the local food stores. Maps and information about the area will be left in the kitchen at your arrival.

The family room also has a large balcony over looking the Atlantic Ocean where you can watch Television, a DVD or video or simply surf the net on your computer with the WiFI provided. You

can sit on the balcony and sip Margaritas while you watch the ships pass or playful dolphins jumping in the surf. The sofa opens on both ends as recliners and is a sleeper that can accommodate two adults.

This beach front home comes complete with surf boards, boogie boards, beach bikes, beach toys for the kids, lounge chairs, beach chairs and beach umbrellas (due to breakage some items may not be available).
